Following Saturday's final game of the season at Livingston, Gordon Chisholm met with his squad today to discuss their futures.
Six players were already under contract for next season, namely Craig Barr, Paul Burns, Bob Harris, Stewart Kean, Gerry McLaughlan and David Weatherston.
Six players were offered extensions to their present contracts: Neil Macfarlane, Jamie McQuilken, Craig Reid, Neil Scally, Stevie Tosh and Barry Wilson.
Club captain Jim Thomson will be retained on a playing contract as well as being placed in charge of next year's u19 squad.
The following players have been released: Andy Aitken, Gary Arbuckle, Bryn Halliwell, Martyn Lancaster, Ryan McCann, Michael McGowan and Scott Robertson.
Loan goalkeeper Lee Robinson will be returning to Rangers and of course we already know that Sean O'Connor will be retiring and Stephen Dobbie will be moving on to Swansea City in the summer.
