Queens recovered from an early setback when the Millers took an early lead through Rowe,to record an emphatic 5-1 victory.
The visitors fielded a youthful development side and shocked Queens after 3 minutes when Rowe scored.
Queens soon settled an by half-time were level when new signing Baird levelled.
The more experienced Queens team overwhelmed their opponents in the second half and further goals by Baird,Lyle(2) and Kidd secured a comfortable victory.
A good workout for Queens with some decent performances and ideal preparation for the tougher battles ahead.
