Jordan White struck in extra-time as he appeared to elbow the ball home in controversial circumstances to dump Queens out of the Petrofac Training Cup.

White struck  home from close range with just five minutes of the additional 30 minutes remaining in a dour encounter in which Queens had to field a side without some regulars due to injury..

Dale Hilson, Paul Heffernan and Mark Millar, twice, wasted chances for Queens, while Livi's Craig Sives had a header saved by Robbie Thomson.

Doonhamers sub Derek Lyle was denied by Darren Jamieson and Millar nodded wide before White bundled the ball in.

It was quick revenge for the West Lothian side following their 1-0 home loss in the Championship on Saturday.

Queens although not at their best created enough chances to win but fell for the sucker goal at the death which on video evidence looked very dodgy indeed.
