IT'S THE BIG PALMY TICKET SCRAMBLE

Last updated : 09 February 2007 By Duke of Galloway

Tickets will be on sale next week for the Queens V Hibs quarter-final tie at Palmerston on the 25th and indications are that there will be an almighty rush for tickets. Tickets will be restricted to one ticket per person and season ticket holders will be given priority.

Full details of the ticket prices etc. are avalable on the Official Club Website. Queens are hoping for a 6,400 sell-out with 2,200 being allocated to the Hibs support who will occupy the new East Stand. The remainder of 4,200 will be available to the Queens support who will occupy the Portland Road terracing and the old West Stand and enclosure.

There was some talk of perhaps opening up parts of the Terregles Street end but there are safety and access problems so this is a non-starter. It should therfore be cracking atmosphere so let's hope Queens live up to the occassion for once and put on a good show.
