Queen of the South Football Club in a Finanancial Statement to shareholders,reported a small profit of £55,053 forthe financial year ended 31st May 2014.
Turnover was also slightly up from £1,046,181 in 2013 to £1,279,957.
Notice was also given that a Genaral Meeting of the company will be held at the Nith Hotel,Glencaple,Dumfries on Monday 9th February 2015 commencing 7.30pm for the following purposes:
1. To receive,consider and adopt the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st May,2014 together with the reports of the directors and auditors thereon.
2. To re-appoint as a director - Craig Paterson
3. To re-appoint the Auditors and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
4. To transact and other ordinary business of the company.
