Hundreds of Queens fans will be making the long journey tomorrow to Glebe Park the home of Brechin City in the hope their heroes can secure at least one point which should ensure 1st Division football at Palmy next season. The Doonhamers are in confident mood and manager Ian McCall reports that he has no injury problems although he will be without stalwart Jim Thomson who is suspended. The big defender will still be at Glebe Park to cheer on the Doonhamers. Queens should not underestimate this Berchin side who are capable of beating anyone on the tight Glebe Park pitch. Queens however have the quality to hurt the home side and I expect us to gain at least a point which should be enough unless the Cleyholers shock the Champions St Mirren at Stair Park. I expect Queens to go all out for the win and with the tremendous backing of over 400 fans they are quite capable of gaining a memorable victory. Failure will mean the final fixture against Dundee at Palmy will take on a new dimension.
