QUEENS HEAD FOR PAISLEY IN CONFIDENT MOOD

Having picked up 11 points from their last five unbeaten matches Ian McCall's men head for the lions den of league leaders St Mirren in confident mood. If they manage to gain three points then we can jump ahead of the Cleyholers which could set us up nicely for next Saturday's showdown at Palmerston. Queens have no injury worries and even Sean O'Connor could be on the bench. He had an impressive 70 minutes in midweek against Gretna at reserve level and came through with no problems with his recent injury. There is expected to be a large away Queens support at Paisley and this acts as an extra man at times. I think Queens will give Saints problems but with home advantage the league leaders are clear favourites with a draw about the best we can hope for under the circumstances. Meanwhile congratulations to McCall for being awarded Bell's 1st manager of the month for February.
