BOWSER EXPECTED BACK

The shock news from Palmerston this evening is that Queen's striker Sean O'Connor may be out for two weeks with an injured ankle. He has recently recovered from a bout of flu but will have his injured ankle xrayed and will probably miss Queen's next two matches. This is a blow to Queens as they prepare for their vital clash with Ayr United on New Years Day. The good news however is that on loan striker Paul Sheilds is still available and also Steve Bowey is expected to be fit.
