EAST KILBRIDE FRUSTRATE QUEENS

Queen of the South  0  East Kilbride  0 - East Kilbride win 4-1 on penalties

Queens dominated a game which should never have went to peanlties as the Doonhamers squandered a hatful of chances. Dobbie and his fellow strikers should hang their heads in shame as they failed to impress against an East Kilbride side who offered little but resolute defence. The woodwork came to the rescue of the visitors on several occasions and how Queens did not run out comfortable winners  is a mystery. East Kilbride eventually road their luck and converted 4 of their penalties to Queens 1 which was scored by Dobbie in the penalty shootout.

Queens however gain a bonus point and lead the group but this is small comfort to the fans who are making their feelings felt on Social Media suggesting Naysmith should go or/and Mr Hewitson should invest in some new players.

Queen face a tough challenge at Hamilton on Saturday and the fans will accept nothing but a win after last night's debacle.
