Queen of the South A-A Falkirk

The Scottish Championship game between Queen of the South and Falkirk was abandoned due to high winds at Palmerston.

Referee Iain Brines called the match off with the game approaching the half-hour-mark in Dumfries.

It was poised 0-0 at the time of the abandonment.

There were no clear cut chances in the game as the wind prevented either side from gaining full control and hold possesion due to the high winds.

The new Palmy pitch however was in good condition and no surface water was observed.

The match at Annan against Queens Park had already been postponed earlier in the day.

All four of Saturday's other Championship games were completed with Hamilton going top and they now sit six points ahead of fifth-place Falkirk.
