Livingston and Queen of the South dropped further into relegation trouble in the First Division after they played out a draw at Almondvale.

Sean O'Connor
The players had to contend with tricky wind conditions but this did not prevent Sean O'Connor from scoring a superb opener for Queens, lobbing over goalkeeper Mariusz Liberda after 17 minutes.

However, Graham Dorrans fired home an equaliser four minutes later after a poor pass back by McQuilken

Livi's Tomas Pesir ran clear to finish with ease nine minutes after the break, but Stephen Dobbie rammed home an O'Connor cross on 56 minutes and was unlucky not to add to his tally several minutes later.

This was a much improved display by Queens but they will tested to the full when the League Leaders Hamilton visit Palmy next Saturday.
