Queens hold out for draw in the Highlands

Inverness slipped into the bottom two of the Championship after being held to a goalless draw by Queen of the South.

The sides were deadlocked at the break after a poor first half with little created by either team.

Queens striker Stephen Dobbie had a penalty shout turned down then dragged a shot wide in the 64th minute and was just inches from opening the scoring.

Inverness also survived a penalty claim while Queens climbed to fifth after ending a two-game losing streak.
