Queens succumbed to an impressive Southport side but apart from an injury to Mc Alpine the squad is in good shape for the season opener with Clyde on Saturday. A few hundred Queens fans made the journey south however one of the supporters sporting a set of bagpipes was refused entry to the ground which was totally out of order and a letter of protest will be on our MPs desk on Monday morning.
