The Dobmeister Strikes Again

A DOUBLE BY DOBBIE HELPED QUEENS TO A COMFORTABLE WIN OVER A POOR BULLY WEE WHO NOW FACE AN UPHILL STRUGGLE TO STAY IN DIVISION 0NE.

Steve Dobbie
Dobbie drilled the ball home on 29 minutes affter latching on to Sean O'Connor's flick and it could have been two when Stevie Tosh's drive struck woodwork.

Tosh scored from the spot after keeper David Hutton felled Paul Burns in the 33rd minute.

Dobbie fired home after the break and, although Steven Masterton replied from the penalty spot, Dusan Bestvina's own goal two minutes from the end ensured an away victory.

Queen's boss Gordon Chisolm was reasonably happy with the team performance who adapted well on a tricky pitch but he also felt we could have had more goals.

We now move on to Palmy on Saturday where we face Morton without Tosh who starts his suspension.
