PATON STAYS AT PALMY

The good news this evening is that popular midfielder Eric Paton has accepted a new one year deal from Queens. This is a tremendous boost for Queens as JC builds up his squad for next season's campaign. Other good news is that JC has fixed up 21 year old goal-keeper Dodds from Ayr on a pre-contract agreement. It has also been announced that Queens will enter a full reserve team in the Southern Counties League next season and they will also defend the Challenge Cup. Fred Smith,Paddy Atkinson and Gordon Hyslop will coach the side. Paddy will also be available for selection as a player. Queens still have some slots available for pre-season friendlies and enquiries with other clubs are ongoing.
