FORMER QUEENS PLAYER STAN LESLIE DIES AGED 32

The tragic news was announced today that former Queens defender Stan Leslie has died of a brain haemorrhage at the age of 32. He was the elder brother of former Queens captain Steven Leslie and made his debut for Queens against Stenhousemuir in February 1994. After leaving Queens he signed for Annan Athletic where he remained for the last nine years and has been a leading stalwart at the club.. Everyone at Queens Footy MAD sends their condolences to the Leslie family and hopefully we will all be able to show our respects to Stan before the match against St Johnstone at Palmerston on Saturday.
