QUEENS CUT THEIR FINANCIAL LOSSES BY A HALF

There was more good news from Palmerston today as the Audited Acoounts for the financial year ending May 2003 were made avalable to the shareholders and media. According to the accounts Queens made a loss of £10,811 compared to the previous years loss of £88,536.. It is understood that the savings were made as a result of a cut back in playing staff. Turnover has also surged from £460,124 in 2002 to £733,149 in 2003. These are impressive figures indeed and the directors deserve the highest praise along with retired chairman Ronnie Bradford, The accounts will be presented to shareholders at the AGM scheduled for the Nith Hotel,Glencaple on the 9th December at 7.30PM.
