Q
THE KAISER - SUSPENDED
ueens return to the scene of their Challenge Cup Triumph to face a tough fixture against rivals Clyde at Broadwood tomorrow. They will be without their influential defender Jim Thomson who is suspended but otherwise JC has a full squad to pick from apart from Sean O'Connor who could be out for a few more weeks yet. This will be a real test for Queens and they will have to improve on their recent display against Ayr to even share the points against a Clyde team who will be keen to close the gap on us at the top of the league. With St Johnstone playing Falkirk, this will be an ideal chance for Queens to open up a gap at the top but make no mistake this will be a tough fixture. If we are to pick up two points our front men must put away their chances. Once again against Ayr too many chances were missed and this could prove fatal against the Bully Wee. Clyde will definitely be up for this game but with our large vociferous support giving it the fully welly we can at least force a draw.
