QUEENS HOPE TO BOUNCE BACK AGAINST THE PAISLEY BUDDIES

Queens head for Paisley on league business tomorrow and must be aiming to bounce back after their disappointing cup exit at Aberdeen. The Doonhamers will still have Andy Goram and Sean O'Connor unavailable due to injury but otherwise everyone is well. The loss of O'Connor is a big blow and a lot of responcibility must rest with Weatherson and Lyle to get us the goals which will consolidate our position in the league. St Mirren on the other hand have been reported as having big injury worries but I would completely ignore this as they have a host of young players just dying to make a name for themselves. Queens must go for the jugular from the start and try and kill off the buddies and I hope JC has got Thommo and Company well drilled on defending set peices after the Pittodrie debacle. The usual large vocal Queens support will be travelling up to Paisley so here's hoping for a repeat of the Challenge Cup semi-final classic.
