QUEENS HOPEFUL OF THREE POINTS AGAINST ROSS COUNTY

After the euphoria of the Challenge Cup win, Queens must knuckle down and prepare to scrap for league points against Ross County at Palmerston tomorrow. The Dingwall oufit were flattered by their 2-0 win earlier in the season and Queens must be hopeful for a welcome three points but it will not be easy. Ross are a competent oufit and will exploit any weakness in the Queens defence as did Inverness several weeks ago. The key will be if Queens can put their chances away. O'Connor will be playing hopefully at some stage and he will be eager to get on the score sheet. I predict that Queens luck will turn at last and I would expect a narrow win over County but not after a struggle. It will be interesting to see just how many of the glory-seekers from BROADWOOD acutually bother to turn up at Palmy on Saturday.
