The shock news for all Queens fans this evening is that striker Peter Weatherson has decided to sign for Greenock Morton on a full-time contract and Queens have agreed on a fee but the exact figure has not been disclosed. This news will come as a blow to Queens fans as we near the start of the new season. Nellie always indicated that he would prefer to go full-time but most fans will be somewhat bemused that he has chosen Morton who are in a lower division. We at Queens MAD wish Peter all the best and hope for his sake that he has made the right decision. Meanwhile Queens will now have to find a replacement for him soon or else we will struggle next season for goals.
